Greetings Clients,

I hope this newsletter update finds you well.  Spring and Summer are upon us!  The weather may not feel like Spring today, but it is here!  I have several things that I am excited to share with you!

-Stimulus $$ for you!  Part of the stimulus pack money has been allocated to energy efficient upgrades.  Simply put you can deduct 1/3 of qualifying upgrades up to a maximum deduction of $1500 (to get $1500 you would need to spend $4500).  We can help you with many upgrades that qualify for this deduction.  If you do not spend any money on upgrades, unfortunately you cannot take advantage of this program.    

-We have joined two free business networking sites.  Join us at www.linkedin.com.  Also you can find us at www.merchantcircle.com.  We would appreciate reviews being written on these sites.  Check our blog on our website to see what is new with LLCI.  www.level-lineconstruction.com. 

-Regreen  We have been pursuing green remodeling techniques for quite some time now.  We have finally found a standard that is designed for remodeling, not new home construction.  www.regreenprogram.org

We are also excited about Earth Advantage’s new remodelers program.  They have done a great job with new construction and are about to roll out a green remodel certification program.  Look for details in future newsletters.  

-Pictures We need your help.  Many of you would love to have your remodels displayed on our website but I lack the pictures.  If you have some before and especially after pics I would love to have a copy.  Please send pics to zandy@level-lineinc.com.

-We are still offering the promo that we started earlier this year for a $10 Starbucks gift card for a referral, and $100 check if we sign a contract for over $10,000.  We do appreciate and rely on your referrals.

I hope this newsletter update finds you well.  As we approach the holidays we can all see this has been quite a year for change!  From housing market, to stock market, to electing a new president, this year will not soon be forgotten.  Yes, change is in the air, and we are changing too!  We are serving our clients needs for home improvement in new ways:

Now is a great time to remodel because with the burst of the housing bubble it has created more competition for home remodeling. Interest rates were cut today by a 1/2%.  Some people make the mistake of thinking that means that the 30 year mortgage rates are going down.  Actually (for reasons I don’t have time to explain) they typically go up when the prime rate is cut.  Nevertheless it is a great time to buy, refinance or get a home equity line of credit.  Also due to the state of our current economic situation remodeling has come down in price significantly.  There is not as much work to go around for all of the subcontractors so they are bidding jobs very competitively.  We did not see this in the last 10 years with the housing bubble.  Bottom line is this is a great time to remodel your home!  Call me today!
